Hard to get to.....

The property was beautiful with very nice grounds. The apartment doesn't have a lot of light but fairly roomy and clean. The entry was a little dark and dank. The road is wide enough for one vehicle but if there are two, find a driveway to make room!

Not clean at all bed sheets were dirty like they didn't even wash them before we came full of white dry stuff. And now the whole living room and the kitchen is flood

Overall good stay

Me, my husband, our 5yr old son and our 11 month old daughter stayed here for Rod Run. The property was very well kept, private and absolutely beautiful. It was clean and we had absolutely no problems with check-in. The door code also worked good every time with no problems. Our son was disappointed that the foosball table was missing the ball. We did end up getting a golf ball for him to use on the last day and we left it there for the next family to use (we couldn't find just a ball specifically for foosball). Overall we had a great stay, but I do wish the listing was a little more clear because although it does state that this unit is located below another unit, it also states that it is located on the 1st floor and also states "entire home" at the very top of listing below the pictures so I booked this with the expectations that we would have the entire main level (1st floor) of the home. We were very disappointed to learn that it was the basement instead of the main level for the price that we paid. I think this just needs to be a little more clear in the listing because other than that we had no complaints and would have easily given it 5 stars.

Beautiful accommodation, lots of noise

This apartment is an extremely well appointed home. It has beautiful furniture, washer and dryer and nice comfortable beds. Unfortunately there is literally no sound proofing in the ceiling. We knew there could be some "intermittent noise from the unit above" as stated in the listing so we brought along white noise machines and ear plugs. There was no way to combat just the foot traffic noise from upstairs. The tenants above were not in any way out of line or rowdy. They were simply walking around from 9pm until well after midnight. We could hear them even while wearing ear plugs and blasting the white noise machine full blast. Vacasa was so fabulous about it when we expressed concern. They are processing a refund, but we haven't had that confirmed yet.

Horrible local management

Given wrong door code and no cell service to call for assistance. Door doesn’t lock or unlock well even with roper code. The upstairs is so incredibly loud I left a night early as soon as I possibly could. My companions were lost for two hours at night on the side of the mountain and all the property guard would say was read your map. They finally went to where they had cell service and had me meet them to follow me in to i adequate parking that is literally labeled “no parking.” Local property management disinterested in assisting outside of absolute bare minimum. Decent furniture and mattress comfortable BUT alive and dead bugs everywhere and it smells of mildew and the surrounding property has good bones but is a total mess and reasonably unsafe if traveling with kids.
