Great cabin, beautiful views, well-stocked. Great communication with the owners the whole time.Beautiful area, very convenient to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the mountains. There is no recycling so be ready to pack it out if you can get it into your car after going to all the pottery studios. Definitely recommend!

This property is the perfect location of you're seeking adventure in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. It resides in the middle with a 15 minute commute to each city. It's a cute getaway that is dog friendly so being able to bring our pup was a bonus. The highlight for us was seeing bear 3 days in a row with one coming right through the yard! Ryan & Gina were very accommodating and great with communication. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. The hot tub worked great and was very relaxing.

Great place to stay when enjoying Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

This is a great spot in the area! Easy to find and easy to park your vehicle. Communication with the owner was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient to either pigeon forge or gatlinburg. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice property that is well kept. Easily accessible. Would recommend staying here. The owners are very informative and responsive.

Cabin is super cozy but also so spacious! My family of 4 stayed for 3 days after booking a couple of days in advance. Host were super responsive, and we had ZERO issues! Will be booking for every smokie Mountain trip!

LOVED THIS CABIN!!

My family and I stayed here for our family vacation to the mountains. We were worried about finding a place we could stay at that allowed two bigger sized dogs, but then we discovered this cabin. It’s a lovely and comfy cabin in the woods. Gina and Ryan were super hosts who were quick to respond. They made the check in and out process easy. I highly recommend this cabin with Gina and Ryan. Rainy Days in the Smoky’s

Despite all of the rain, we had a wonderful time! The cabin is precious and just what we needed. The cabin was very clean, had plenty of towels, and all of the necessities we needed. The location was perfect! The cabin is located on a mountain and it’s close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We hope to return in the near future.

Great family vacation!

We had a fabulous time at the cabin! Everything was well stocked, and the entire space was very clean and comfortable. The area is so tranquil and quiet - well out of the way of any traffic or noise, except for the rustle of the trees and sounds of nature. Perfect distance too from the national park and stores, event though we were only there a few days we saw so much and were able to take in alot of the beauty of the area. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great family trip, the cabin was clean, in a great location and had everything we needed. The cabin is close to both Gatlinburg and Pegion Forge which was very convenient. One of the best parts was great communication with the host. They were very informative and made a point to make sure we felt comfortable and they were there if we needed anything.

Amazing family vacation

There were 5 of us plus our dog. The cabin was so homey and clean. It was stocked with all the essentials needed. It was centrally located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our family had an amazing time. The hosts were very communicative about everything. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great trip of hiking and Dollywood.

House is very convenient. We saw a black bear out of the front door which was open on a perfect fall day. Great location for hiking and theme parks. Would be nervous with ice or snow given the steepness of the hills. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!!!

Me and my family along with my fur babies, had great time. The place was clean and comfortable. Very quite! Didn’t see any bears but when we were leaving we saw a coyote. Saw fireworks from Dollyworld. My husband and son enjoyed the pool table.

The Best Cabin Yet!!

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 10+ years, and this is by far the nicest cabin we have stayed in! The cabin was so clean & and was centrally located to everything. We are so grateful we were able to bring our pets. In the past if we stay in a pet friendly cabin, it has been less than impressive… that was not the case with this cabin! Thank you for a wonderful stay and allowing us to bring our fur babies with us.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

We absolutely made the right choice!!! The Kick Back cabin was perfect and everything and more than what was expected. Didnt want to leave. The outdoor "living' area and how it is nesteled in the trees was calming and tranquil. The inside accommodations were perfect for our group of 2 couples and our small fur babies. Will definitely book again and again...it felt like home away from home.

Would highly recommend this cabin. The owners communicated very well. The cabin is very clean. The location is perfect and very convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was great to be able to bring our fur babies. Nice clean, well maintained hot tub. The area is quiet and peaceful. Great wifi. They start you out with a great supply of necessities (paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc) Would definitely recommend.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed the cabin and the layout. The owners make sure little details are taken care of that you do not get from corporate rentals. We enjoyed the separate living spaces along with the hot tub and pool table. Neighborhood was quiet and location was convenient to Gatlinburg and PF. It is 20 minutes to anywhere with traffic. Owners were very wuick to respond to any inquiries which was impressive. Good Stay.

Very nice owners

We had a very nice stay. Place was very clean and the parking was good for two cars. Location was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hot tub was great! Two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level were roomy and bright. I liked the large standing mirror! If I had any suggestion I would increase the lighting in the main floor bedroom as it was very dark. The coffee bar was a nice touch!
