We were notified a few hours before check in that the 4:00 check in time had to be pushed back an hour which was very inconvenient with small children. Also; there was a leak and it took a while to get the code to access the pool upon arrival. The hot tub also wasn’t hot upon arrival and the keurig coffee pot was missing and we didn’t get the right coffee pot delivered until half way through our stay. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed other than that.
