Welcome to our huge resort home Smoky Mountain chalet in Sevierville, minutes from Pigeon Forge! This luxurious retreat features king beds in every bedroom, a private indoor pool, a patio hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit overlooking the hills. Designed for large groups, it accommodates up to 27 guests, making it perfect for family reunions or gatherings with friends. Conveniently located near Dollywood, our modern home offers an unforgettable mountain getaway.

Please be aware that our home is part of Smith Creek Reserve, which is partially complete. Guests may hear construction noise outside during the daytime due to the development of new homes, which guests will have access to once complete. Construction work typically wraps around 5PM so evenings should be undisturbed.

For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

The community amenities are currently under construction and are anticipated to be available for guest use in Spring/Summer 2025. However, the exact opening date is determined by the builders and has not yet been confirmed. Please note that we do not offer refunds if these amenities are not available during your stay.
