Welcome to our huge resort home Smoky Mountain chalet in Sevierville, minutes from Pigeon Forge! This luxurious retreat features king beds in every bedroom, a private indoor pool, and a patio hot tub, making it perfect for large groups. With accommodations for up to 27 guests, this space is designed for privacy and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable mountain getaway.
Guests can enjoy a variety of entertainment options, including a community lazy river, splash pad, infinity pool, outdoor movie theater, and soaking spa. The modern design and breathtaking views create a serene atmosphere for relaxation and fun.

Community Notes:
Community water park is open. Please be aware that our home is part of Smith Creek Reserve, which is partially complete. Guests may hear construction noise outside during the daytime due to the development of new homes, which guests will have access to once complete. Construction work typically wraps around 5PM so evenings should be undisturbed.

As a reminder, our temperature-controlled indoor pool is typically heated to around 80 degrees and must stay within a few degrees of that to effectively manage humidity.

The entire three story home with its private indoor pool, hot tub and three outdoor balconies is all yours! Community amenities (water park, lazy river, pools, splash pad, outdoor movie theatre) are also available and included with your stay.

Getting Around:
For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

The community amenities are currently under construction and are anticipated to be available for guest use in Spring/Summer 2025. However, the exact opening date is determined by the builders and has not yet been confirmed. Please note that we do not offer refunds if these amenities are not available during your stay.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:
- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
