Beautiful Property

Our stay was great! The property was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. It's everything the pictures show and more. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark.

Our family of 15 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids and grandkids of all ages. Everything needed is provided for and easy to find. Great corner lot and little stashed away from the hustle and bustle, but easily to get to wherever you wanted to go. The few things we needed help with while there were addressed quickly. Cozy Cub was a fantastic place to stay.

We loved our rental!!!!

We loved every thing!!! My 8 grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. My favorite spot was the swing on the top balcony! Our family has all been to Tennessee in smaller groups. This time we had everyone; all my kids and grandkids! We plan on.coming back, next year!
