We stayed here for our one year anniversary and it was lovely! The cabin had everything we needed and was very cozy. The drive up the mountain side was a little sketchy but we got used to it quickly. Overall a great place!
Fit all our needs, was a beautiful drive to all the local attractions. The cabin was great for our family, and we enjoyed the hot tub views of the mountains. The drive way is a bit crazy like others have stated BUT nothing you can’t do and it’s totally worth it. Over all we really enjoyed our long weekend away!

When the listing mentions 4WD for your car - they mean it!! You are truly away from civilization here, which made it a fantastic getaway for us and our dogs. The space is more than adequate for us, and great outdoor area.
Very peaceful nobody around enjoyed our stay. Bed was uncomfortable. They rode to the cabin if that’s what you wanna call it was horrible but we had a great time.

Great cabin
The house was great and cozy. The path up is not maintained well and left scratches on the truck. You will need 4x4 likely.
Small cozy cabin
Need to beware of driveway. Steep and runs 1/2 mile uphill.

Great weekend getaway! ❤️
This cabin is perfect for a sweet getaway! We loved the homieness of the place, the quiet atmosphere, and their love for animals! We recently just got a mini dachshund, and we were so happy they accepted pets! He loved it, and we loved it! The hot tub was a perfect addition too! We only wished the outdoor tv rotated to watch it while sitting in the hot tub. Also, the drive to get to the cabin is very scary! 🤣 tiny, bumpy, and rocky road! Thankful we brought my car (Toyota Corolla) and not my husbands truck! Ultimately, it was the most perfect weekend! ❤️

Cozy cabin
Cabin was very secluded, we loved the location. Kitchen was stocked if you plan to cook. Beautiful views from the front porch.
A few things to know if you book…
Bring chairs to sit by the fire
You will need firewood
Also, strong septic smell when sitting at the fire
Not much comfortable blankets- glad we brought our own
Dog hair all over the couch and on the only soft blanket in the cabin
Towels are pretty thin- they need replaced
The drive up the mountain to this truly secluded cabin is definitely best completed in daylight. Very steep, curving, narrow path to the top. Great view and had everything we needed. The bed however is extremely uncomfortable so we choose the pullout sofa after our first night. Also the soaker tub/ shower combo is very awkward to use, I would have preferred a stand alone shower.

Family with dogs
Wonderful experience! Had an incredible view of nature over the mountains. The quiet and feel of seclusion that this cabin offered was impressive. We often choose to camp, but this was so much better. This gave us a camping feel but with the ability to cook and wash our clothes, made it better than a hotel room to us. Absolutely loved it. Wished we had more time to just stay and enjoy the peace and relaxing feel of the cabin. They supplied so much! They even had dog dishes! Very well kept!!!

Peaceful
This cabin was awesome! I was a bit worried because other reviews stated the drive was a bit steep (which it is) but even with snow on the ground my little suv made it up just fine. The cabin was very clean and felt like you were home. TVs had all the apps needed to watch movies and stream from your phone. The property had some amazing views!! The view from the bedside window made you want to stay in bed all day. We will definitely be booking this cabin again!! Thank you!!
Never again bed was hard as a rock had to fight bugs while we slept and i road we traveled to get there was horrible need a 4x4 if not wet on dry road a mess never again

The road and driveway were very steep and took a few tries in 4 wheel drive. We almost didn’t stay even though it was already paid for. I killed 3 large spiders inside the cabin. The tub was impossible for older members of our group to use. Very small space would be better for 2 people.
We did see a young bear the last day that we were there.
We would not stay there again.

Great view, clean, and perfect for 2 people. Bed was not super comfortable, oven only heats to 200• cannot cook much with oven, the driveway is rough definitely need 4x4. Would not want to drive a nice vehicle up the driveway due to branches and sticks scratching the sides. Septic needs to be pumped strong smell. Overall very nice other than these small issues.

Cozy for the weekend
Overall, this is a good little place. The bathroom is not the best in our opinion. The bathtub looks large but is very difficult to bathe in. But, given the size of the entire cabin, it was ok. I would definitely consider just putting a walk in shower. Only real complaint is that we were only left one washcloth for 4 quests. Probably a simple mistake. 40 minute drive from the PF strip.

First of all, the road up to the cabin is horrible. A two wheeled vehicle would have a time. If it rains, you better have a four-wheel drive or you are in trouble. The cabin is small but, cozy. If it were me, I would ditch the tub and install a stand-up shower. With the shower curtains touching you all around it is hard to maneuver. My wife swept the floors when we got there and got a pile of dirt. The dishes, fridge and utensils were clean. Grass and/or weeds had not been cut in a while. With a small dog, that was a problem. The door access code did not work so we had to use a key. The doors are not very secure. The picnic table area is a nice touch. Do not pick this cabin if you want a view. There is only 1 spot with a small view.Overall rating, a 3.
