Don’t walk away RUN away as fast as you can!

Filthy inside and out, hot tub did not work, dock was on dry land, window blinds did not work, towel bars falling off, food debris everywhere, spills on the walls, dead bugs laying around, dishwasher should be thrown away, ceiling fans broken, toilets and showers horribly dirty. I could go on and on. Management ignored our request for cleaning supplies to clean for basic sanitation purposes. We cleaned with our own supplies as best as we could to make our two day stay possible for human beings.

Stay away from this rental!!!

The overall property was horrible. Several of the amenities were not available as advertised. The private swim dock was pulled out of the water and laid over top of the lake access so both were inaccessible. Closest ramp was a 35 minute drive to access the lake with our boat. The gas grill was non-existent. The fire-pit had 2 chairs, not several as advertised. And the hot tub, oh boy the hot tub!!! It was filthy. Orange grime all over the inside. When asked if it had been cleaned they said yes. You could clearly tell the hot tub had not been drained or cleaned. Cob-webs all over the porches. Dirty and broken porch furniture. Covers were stinky. It has well water so the dishwasher is disgusting. Dirty dishes in the cabinets! An inch of dust on the dining table. Dead bugs. Hair in the showers. Molded bread in the cabinet! When asked to come clean they sent a cleaning crew who didn’t speak English and brought one bottle of cleaning spray in which they attempted to clean the hot tub. They left the filter out of the hot tub and it started throwing an error code and wouldn’t even warm up so couldn’t use it all weekend. I asked for a refund. Almost 2 weeks later and still my refund has not been approved!!! Just overall HORRIBLE. Do not fall for the beautiful images advertised. It is not a well kept property.
