Keypad Issues

When we first arrived, we couldn't get the keypad to work. Our contact arrived quickly and helped us. We went for groceries and when we returned we had keypad issues again. We finally got the door open. The contact for the property met us the next day to give us a key, which we did have to use once. The condo was one of the cleanest I've ever been in and we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo decorated really nice with a personal touch. Makes you feel like you are at home and not on vacation. Living room furniture and beds very comfortable. Nothing like condos I have stayed in before. Lots of places to eat and shop close by.

Cheerleading competition

This place was perfect for our weekend trip! It was right on a river which kept my husbands sanity as he was able to fish when he wasn’t being a cheer dad. The place was in a great central location and easy to get in and out of

Pretty view of river

Nice condo on 5th floor. Beautiful view of river but much louder than expected on the balcony both day and night. Carpet could use to be steam cleaned and tint or curtains added to the windows and door in master bedroom. Had an issue with a lamp and the internet connection but they were quick to respond and help resolve the issue. Would stay here again.

A Great stay at Condo #503!!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. The condo was extremely clean, easy to get to and had everything there we would need.. Our property contact was extremely friendly and helpful and we were also able to arrive a little early on the first day. The river and city and mountain view from the balcony was priceless and one evening there were 30 ducks just below us enjoying themselves. Our grandchildren LOVED seeing the ducks.. We will definitely stay again!! Had a great short stay in the Smoky Mountains.. Of course we visited Country Tonite which is our favorite show too! Family friendly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great location, needs some tlc

Location is great, communication about check in and check out was seamless. Loved being next to the river. The king bed is absolutely horrible. You sink so much the sheets pop off of the corners. Your head is lower than your feet. The carpet seriously needs to be ripped out. Stains every where. And it needs a deep cleaning, like wiping down the hand prints on the bathroom walls and door frame.
