Wonderful house
My husband and I rented this house with another couple for a kid less vacation and had a great time. House was very clean and well stocked.. close to area attractions but still far enough away that you feel like your away from it all. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends..

The cabin is very nice and has cute mountain decor throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table upstairs and the hot tub on the porch were great additions. I would recommend this cabin to others

Had a wonderful stay. Our young grandsons as well as my 40 year old son had a great time instructing them on the fine art of shooting pool. The only thing that would be negative is the comfort of the beds. They could use a new mattress.

The house was just as described! Host was very responsive when we asked if we could check in an hour early. No other issues that we needed Host for because everything was great! Plenty of room for extended family of 9 to spread out! Close enough to town but far enough for the nature feel as well. Great Vacation!!

Great Cabin in woods but no compassion!
once we got checked in into our cabin we really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. all the beds are a little uncomfortable and definitely need to be updated… Especially the bunkbeds they are like sleeping on the floor. we were supposed to check in on a Monday afternoon and ran into a snow storm… The roads were supposed to be all very easily accessible however in this instance there was so much snow on both entrances to the property that they were people in the ditches on each side which blocked the road for anyone else trying to get in even with a four-wheel-drive . The roads are curvy and windy and steep even on a good day . We went at Christmas time so the rate was premium we did not get to the cabin until Tuesday evening. hi I did contact our host to see if they could make any accommodations because we didn’t make it and what they told me is that the people next-door made it up just fine (they must’ve checked in early somehow because by 4 o’clock which was our check-in time we were not able to make it up the roads). I replied back with our situation and explain to them that we ended up sleeping in a church because we could not get in or out of the location that we were at and their response was “ did you purchase travel insurance“. maybe it is our mistake for not purchasing travel insurance however you would think as a host and knowing what it happened and getting premium rates they would offer some sort of concession… I would advise you never to book this cabin without travel insurance as you will not get much help from your host.

We had an awesome time! the cabin was beautiful & just the right size for 9 adults. However the winding, curvy roads were terrible & we had 1 handicap person with us and a wheelchair ramp would have been very useful.....overall we loved it!

This cabin was AWESOME!!!! Everything was just as advertised. There is ample space for at least 10 people to be comfortable. The only things to be wary about, is the steep hills to get to the cabin.

Very happy with the accommodations of your cabin. Our family was very comfortable!
Very well satisfied with your cabin & everything was accessible. The only thing was not enough towels & wash cloths for 8 people. We had to wash them to get enough for everyone. Has a little trouble finding the cabin as at night not enough lighting to see signs. But overall the experience was very rewarding.

Glad you were satisfied with the cabin. I spoke with housekeeping and they leave at least 16 towels for each stay. We provide written directions to the cabin and apps like google maps or waze will provide turn by turn directions at night. Thank you for staying with us.

My family enjoyed our stay in Sevierville. The cabin was spacious and very well stocked with everyday necessities. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We enjoyed family time around the indoor and outdoor tables. It was a beautiful neighborhood for walks too!

Fabulous experience.
Found at last minute when the hurricane hit our beach house. Fast and easy booking and checkin. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable and lots of extras. I also loved the way they had all the instructions posted. Made it very easy to organize our group and do what was expected to care for the cabin. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. All the ladies said "keep the name and number for this place".

5 Star Vacation Cabin
Our family had a fantastic vacation at this beautiful home-away-from-home cabin! Absolutely perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you could ever need - all kitchen items (pots, pans, dishware, foil, charcoal etc), bedrooms fully stocked with extras, and bathrooms with full amenities / items (towels, hair dryers, etc). The house was clean and spacious. The hot tub worked wonderfully, as did the bedroom jacuzzi. The perimeter of the home had motion detectors in place at every angle - and this was extremely handy considering the neighborhood bear was a bit of a night owl who liked to inspect various porches in search of midnight snacks! Seeing him periodically was one of the many highlights of our trip - just be sure to pay strict attention to wildlife rules for the safety of you and the area's furry residents. The cabin was close to Pidgeon Forge, Gatlinburg, GSMNP, and had a beautiful lake within walking distance that was perfect for fishing. Tip: bring live bait! Those fish want nothing to do with the fake stuff! We had such a good time and we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the owners for their hospitality. They were kind, very helpful with area information, and quick to respond if needed. We will be booking with them again! 5 Stars *****

Cabin was very nice & just as pictured & described. It was very clean & had many amenitites. Location was quite but not as remote as hoped. There were many other nice cabins in the neighborhood but it was still in the woods. I would definetly recommend it.

Fun Trip to the Smokies
This property was exactly as described and was a perfect match for 6 occupants. The cabin was clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the back deck was great for relaxing. We had to end our stay a day early because of forest fires but the host was very gracious to refund our night. I would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Awesome Place to Stay!
We only stayed for a weekend getaway but we had a great time. The cabin was in the perfect location and the lake/pond was literally just around the corner. The kids loved walking to the lake and fishing. The cabin had everything we needed and was very roomy. The hot tub on the screened in back porch was also great! We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and just hanging out on the porch talking. We would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to others 100%!

Great location!
The Dogwood Haven is a cute, comfortable place to stay with lots of room for adults and children. It's located in the beautiful countryside in Sevierville, minutes from Pigeon Forge. Our family enjoyed the hot tub after walking at Dollywood all day, and the king-sized beds were a treat you don't normally find for adult couples in rentals. Delightful visit!!

Great cabin for weekend getaway
This is a great cabin to rent. It had plenty of space in the living/dining area and a fun game loft for the kids. The bedrooms were spacious and we were provided plenty of bath linens. Beds were firm but not terribly uncomfortable. The only issue we had was the top bunk bed was missing a slat so the mattress and bedding did not feel supportive for my teen so she used the loft sofa to sleep. It was not ideal but it was for only 2 nights. Cleanliness was 4 stars - the only issues we had was while using the upstairs loft sofa we found a drink can (unopened thankfully) crammed in between the cushions. The other issue was in the master bathroom. The shower water setting was very fickle and it had 2 off positions and it was sort of like trying to crack a safe to find the right water temperature and pressure for the shower head. Having a washer and dryer was nice. We would stay here again. Beware of the road to and from the cabin. It is super narrow and some roads are not marked. Thankfully the GPS had road names since there were no road signs on some of the smaller roads. It is off the beaten path and is roughly 20 min. from the main area of Pigeon Forge.

My family & I were looking for a place that was large enough but still felt cozy, conveniently located & fairly priced. We found it all here! The property manager answered all of our questions in a timely manner & was pleasant to work with. We LOVED that the hot tub was covered & could be used in any type of weather! This is the first cabin we have stayed at that we would book again & that is saying something since there are thousands of cabins to choose from in this area. We loved this cabin & would definitely recommend it!
