We had a fantastic stay! We did not have a single complaint. The location, the cleanliness, and the space was perfect. We have decided that this is where we want to stay every time that we are in the area. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and comfortable.

Great Stay

The chalet was beautiful, friends and family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minutes. Everything was clean and neat, the bathroom shower in the master was amazing. Only problem was the description it was listed as a 8 bedroom with 8 bathroom, and it was really 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom, and the pictures of the chalet were not the exact pictures, the pictures used were of another chalet in the neighborhood and the hot water ran out pretty quick. Besides the description and the pictures the stay was great.

Renters BEWARE!!When our family of 10 arrived, there were minor inconveniences (dog poop in ‘no pet’ yard, missing/broken trash can lids, dirty dishes in cabinet, spiderwebs, trash, & dead bugs throughout house, construction 3 houses down, marks on several walls, & lights that didn’t work above the sinks in the 2 upstairs bathrooms), some of which we knew about, but the rest we just took care of or overlooked. Our host, Samuel, was very responsive prior to booking & at the start of the trip until there was an issue. At 10pm on the 4th night of our week long stay, the fire alarms went off & then quit 2 times. No one was cooking or doing anything with fire. We went around the property & checked to make sure, but found nothing. Around 11pm they started up again & wouldn’t stop. I sent a message explaining the situation. We were told to remove the batteries from the smoke detectors. I stated we had already done so, however, the smoke detector having the issue was at the top of the ceiling in the stairwell & unable to be reached w/o a ladder (as were the ones in the upstairs bedrooms & the great room). We sent numerous messages & heard nothing until 8:30am the next day stating they would escalate it to their maintenance team & resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, no one came until 2:30pm, so the alarms were going off for over 16 HOURS! Samuel’s best offer was an insulting 33.37 refund, knowing we lost an evening of sleep & 1/2 day of our vacation. Very disappointed!
