It was a beautiful place and time. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because two of the wooden bed legs were broken in one of the rooms which cause the mattress to sink some.

Home Away from home

The home is just as described. My family and I enjoyed. The rooms are nice and comfy. The house is located near several attractions and stores. The property manager responded quickly. We had no major issues. I would return if in the area again.

Great house in a perfect location with a beautiful view

The house was great and very clean. The beds were comfortable. This cabin had a perfect view of the mountains. You may want to bring a few more things for the kitchen. Not many storage containers , no seasonings, no foil paper etc. The amenities were many. Our family enjoyed this cabin and we would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful, cool pool at the bottom and hot tube. The light for the outside deck downstairs didn’t work. But it didn’t stop us. The only reason I won’t give it a 5 star is because the bed my mom was in the wood to keep the mattress up was broke so it sunk in the middle but she toughed it out.

Spring break getaway

Cabin was ready on time. Easy communication with the manager with a couple of small issues. Everything was corrected quickly. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy our stay. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and game rooms. Kitchen was nice with all we needed.

At best disappointing

The interior was nice and had the potential to be a good location. Too bad the management staff was far less than helpful. Ended up not being able to use amenities that were listed. Amenities, we paid a premium price for. I would never recommend this rental to anyone or this company.

Great birthday relaxation!

The home is perfect!!! Very clean very spacious! My family and I didn’t wanna leave at all!!! We can’t wait to book and return to the home. Beds are very comfortable, even the furniture! Theater room is amazing and the pool and hot tub are soooooo relaxing! Thank you so much for having my family and I! I really enjoyed my birthday!

Weekend Getaway

The house was in a great location. It was really nice and clean! We loved the layout and ample amount of space. We did have a couple of elderly folks with us that struggled getting in/out of the tub showers. Some hand railings around/in the shower would have been helpful. We did go out and buy slip resistant mats for their showers while we were there to avoid a slipping accidents. Only complaint was the back porch sliding glass door’s lock was broken; it wasn’t locked upon our arrival. We did reach out to the company and sent the requested pictures, but never heard back from anyone which disappointing as it was a security issue. We kept a belt intertwined in the handles of the sliding glass doors as our only option to “secure” the doors when we left the house and slept at night.

Disappointing at best

Weekend trip with children and grandchildren. Told in advance no grills are permitted in the area and we could not bring one with us. When we arrived we realized all of the other cabins but one had a Grill and the one without brought their own. Grandchildren they were most excited to go to the indoor theater area and use the pool. There were 2 infants with us and while they were being put down to naps, the older children went down to the pool. There is an alarm that goes off when you open the door to the pool and the button to turn it off was not working so it was constantly going off We finally had to tell the other children they could not use the pool until later. Although they did get some time in the pool later, they had to stop early because of the bedtime the babies. Since they couldn’t use the pool, they decided to watch something in the theater area, but there was no remote control. We searched for some time and finally called the company for help in locating. Told someone would reach out shortly. Did not receive a call so I sent a text only to be told to be patient. Then received a message saying it was after hours and they would be responding the next morning. Still waiting for that call to arrive and our trip is overBottom line, expensive and very disappointing. Could not use the amenities we paid top dollar for. Would not recommend!
