Really lovely home with everything you need. Clean and very spacious. Plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants very close by. Lovely roof terrace, especially in the morning when it gets the sun. No real noise disturbance at night being a couple of streets away from the main area of Triana. Good Mercadona supermarket just a 5 minute walk away and also a Carrefour Express. 10 minute walk into the city centre across Triana Bridge. The host, Manuel, was very good at communication, answering any questions promptly and checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The only downside we came across during our stay was having to take suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to the top (third) floor! Plus, being an open plan property that is all tiled the noise carried really easily, especially the TV! These were minor inconveniences, but if you're older or disabled this is definitely something to think about. We would definitely stay in this property again and 100% recommend it.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette maison à Séville ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis. La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente immédiatement comme chez soi, avec de nombreux équipements et de petites attentions très appréciables. L'emplacement est idéal : située dans un quartier calme, la maison est proche de tout. Restaurants, commerces, cafés et principaux monuments sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville. Les deux terrasses sont un véritable coup de cœur. Elles offrent une superbe vue panoramique sur Séville et constituent un endroit parfait pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Enfin, un immense merci à Mario. Sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Il répondait toujours très rapidement et était constamment prêt à nous aider. Grâce à lui, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison du début à la fin. C'est un hôte exceptionnel que nous remercions sincèrement. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et recommandons cette maison à 1000 % !
