「Nice clean modern hotel, excellent staff, very good breakfast. In Sercotel Don Luciano I finally found a hotel in Spain that i could get a good nights sleep in , the bed was comfortable and didn’t hear the neighbors. Breakfast was really good Only downside is tiny pool with only 4 lounge chairs and 2 sofas. The staff at reception and bar were great」

There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It's extremely well located, you can walk to all major tourist attractions like the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. There are restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors all over. The hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful patio, terrace and very useful communal kitchen. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We went during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching 105 degrees, so...

「My room was spotless and spacious. It had a mini fridge that was stocked with whatever you might need (not free, of course). Continental breakfast was plentiful, but simple, there was an a la carta option that I didn't partake. I had the terrace room and being able to have your own small pool in this heat was amazing. I would definitely stay again.」

「Stayed here in Jun/July 2026. The room was excellent and exactly as advertised and clean. Even through there was a busy street outside our window the windows kept the noise out and we could sleep well. The hotel had a great location that made everything in Sevilla easily walkable. The staff was always around and available if I had questions, requests etc. They were very friendly and attentive. I plan on visiting Sevilla again as it was a wonderful city and I will definitely stay at this...

「Exceptional and historically unique property, quite beautiful and very well-located in the historic center of Seville. Exploring the hotel's grounds itself was fun and interesting - an adventure on its own. Many inviting patio spaces where one can sit and relax with a drink and/or meal. Even the outdoor pool area was delightful! Very comfortable beds and pillows, no two rooms are exactly alike. The decor of the rooms was welcoming and in character with the rest of this historic property. ...

「We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...
