“Hotel was comfortable and clean, nice modern features. They did not however provide any complimentary water in the room which I found unusual. There were also no slippers which was disappointing for a 4* hotel. We had to move rooms after the first night due to noisy roadworks outside (obv not hotels fault) but also as shower was leaking profusely. Next room was much better, twice the size, however we noticed another leak in that bathroom as we were leaving so I think maintenance needs a bit of……

“staff are friendly, location is not bad as it is not located in a crowded area but with convenient transportation rooms are clean and breakfast is good”

“Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk”
