「After seeing the locality and ambience, I decided.not to stay」

「We have booked online after then hotel receptionist told me that we dnt hv any room right now so u can cancel your booking. He told me that expedia cant update us for booked room so we dnt hv any room right now. So worst experince from this booking.」

「They do not accept online reservation for stay from any website or app as they said. hence no rooms available on that day . as a result have face lot of trouble in finding hotel for stay」

「We stayed for 3 nights ,lodging is not worth for NRI no staff only one attendant 24hrs no room space no housekeeping linen also dirty no restaurant .Lodging entrance look chawl difficult to locate Rats moving freely outside hotel.This lodging only fit for bachelor should be rated below 2」

「Excellent stay at the newly opened mid range Esquire Hotel while attending a Conference. Front desk staff especially Mr Ramesh very helpful . Complimentary WiFi Tea & coffee / water/ large screen TV in room . Mattress and pillows comfortable / room cleaned daily . Lift works well. Restaurant serves tasty food . Menu bit pricey . Would recommend to friends needing to stay near BKC . 」

「It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.」
