"The room was really clean and staff was very friendly. Ordered a king bed and got 2 queens instead but the room was available when we got there which was 3 hours prior to check in, so I’m not sure if that’s why it changed. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the bathroom was clean as well. I would stay here again."

"I had an excellent stay at the RIU Plaza New York Times Square. The location was perfect right in the heart of Times Square and close to everything. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable with amazing views of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. Most of all, the staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
