The inn was clean and well appointed and centrally located. The common areas felt inviting and useful for both the adults and kids. We would stay again."

"The desk is not attended. The person is available by text adn was very nice when she arrived. You need to login to get your room number and door code. No amenities, coffee or tea. Rooms are clean and updated but an older hotel."

"Our multi-night stay at 17 Housatonic Street in Lenox was WONDERFUL! It's as listed .. no better: spacious, light, comfortable, conveniently located and quiet. The bed & pillows were super comfortable, the shower delightful, the tv's both great, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a great stove, refridgerator and all the cups, glasses and utensils one could need. And John is the perfect host, helpful and prompt with reaponses to any questions. Highly, highly recommend! Tom"

"Place was great. Excellent location. Dedicated parking spot right by the entry. Roomy and well stocked. Walking distance to good restaurants. Roomy and well-appointed bathroom - loved the towels. Quick responses to questions. Others have noted being above the coffee shop - other than the welcome smell of coffee, this had no impact on our stay. I’d stay here again. "

"A lovely, classic old New England house in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to town even in the snow. The kitchen is very well stocked, including many very nice serving pieces. The decor is very nicely done."
