My wife I stayed a full week here and we had an awesome time with the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, not to mention the white sands and emerald/turquoise water, it was just beautiful...so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave. 「The staff at the property comes off a bit rude. I understand the idea of the parking pass but writing my room number on my parking pass that I have to hang on my rear view mirror or place it on my dash board was a safety concern to me. The unit I stayed in was pretty clean, beds were comfy…. A few cabinets were loose, the bathroom sinks take forever to drain…a few more other minor concerns. The host offered to fix the minor issues but I declined for it to be fixed during my stay.」

「We have 2 young kids and we enjoyed our stay! Barbara was excellent at communicating with us on all details and she went beyond to help us when our credit card got lost and I had to contact her about our stay. Parking was easy but is a bit of a walk to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us but if you have someone who can’t walk far just keep that in mind. We loved the beach rental that was included. The only thing I would recommend to housekeeping is to dust more. But the condo was overall...

「Don’t hesitate booking this condo! Everything was perfect! The Emerald Grande is the best place we have stayed at on a family vacation. You’ll love the easy beach ferry and set up at the beach.
