"The unit is updated and in good condition. Loved the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The location and view are fantastic. Owner supplied beach umbrella and chairs can be used a little further down the beach as the area directly in front of the building is rental umbrellas only. In unit laundry and kitchen were perfect. Just what we needed for a lovely vacation."

"This place was just okay. The pictures made this condo out to be a nice place to stay, but it was not that at all. The living room furniture is stained and dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom furniture was also very uncomfortable. The TV in the living room only works when it wants to. The amenities are advertised to have a washer/dryer, but what they failed to mention is that it’s a public washer/dryer that you pay to use. I could go on and on, but it would be too much to read. "The condo has been updated very tastefully. The furniture is comfortable. You must be able to negoitate stairs to access the condo to bring in your luggage / groceries as well as to cross the sand dunes to access the beach."

"This was our second visit to Navarre Beach and second condo we have stayed in at Beach Colony. The room is extremely nice and - as mentioned in other comments-EVERYTHING you need! Beautiful views, too! Will be back!"

"This place was amazing. Perfect for family with kids or a quiet getaway. Having a private beach was amazing and twice we saw dolphins from the balcony! I do think having a rental car was nice, there was plenty of parking at the condo and everything was a short drive away. I think for a shorter trip you could get away with no car, there’s a few restaurants with in walking distance or short Uber ride. Overall great rental, easy check in and easy check out. Highly recommend."

"The spacious condo and the building facilities were very nice. The views and access to the beach were amazing. From the deck, we saw dolphins swimming past several times. The kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances were adequate. Be aware that very limited, if any, consumables are supplied, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soaps, spices, etc. The place is good for larger groups. We would stay here again."

There’s construction going on at this location and asked if we would move to another property. Communication was really great. We were disappointed. We didn’t have the opportunity to stay at this location, but we would stay with this owner again, and will look to stay here when Construction completes"

"The location was were accurate and the view from my room and living room was gorgeous. The condo was a little dusty and the pillows from the couches could use replacing or a good wash. The furniture could use some cleaning at least, I only notice this small inconvenience because I suffer from allergies as well as my daughter. The bed spread was also a little dusty and I had to wash them other than that I would consider renting again. I would mention to the owner my allergies in the future for...

Didnt ruin anything for us and im just passing along for your information. we loved the condo and view and took full advantage of the marvelous beach everyday.
