"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of 6). The home was very clean ( which is major for me)—was actually one of the cleanest properties that I have ever rented. The home is very well stocked with items that you may need for cooking, beach day, fishing, etc. The home is in a great location and getting to the pool, beach, Baytowne Wharf, etc was very easy and only took a few minutes. "We stayed at this property for our Spring Break Brak trip (mid March). Property was exactly as listed. This unit faces the bay side, not the ocean side which we all felt was better. The pools on the bay side were very nice and had more options. The heated pools were very nice. Unfortunately the lazy river was not heated but the rooftop hot tub made up for it. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was spacious. Overall, everyone loved the space and want to come back."

"The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay."

"We absolutely loved the cottage. The golf cart was really nice and it only took 5 minutes to get to the beach. I was surprised when I got to the cottage and opened the fridge to find two of my favorite beverages waiting for me. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even an air fryer. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet area of San Destin. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay there again! I want to re-emphasize how awesome of a golf cart we had! "The property is in a great location. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the beach. The gym is small but clean. It has a cute little gift shop where you can find snacks. Our room in particular was a little dated but very clean. Our porch had very cheap tiles laid down that were a little sketchy. Unfortunately the property was under renovation while we were here which we were not aware of until after booking. We did deal with some noice from that and seeing...

"Pros: Property was close to the airport, easy arrival, clean, direct beach access, kid and family friendly, great staff, great breakfast, direct access to other restaurants within walking distance. Lots to do in this location and resort and area which made it a fantastic trip for our family. Cons: Multiple pools but only 1 was heated, the other pools were freezing which is such a shame because people really wanted to swim at the other locations. Loud AC in the room and the hallways with guest coming and going at all hours of the night were extremely loud. We had a number of sleepless nights just due to noise."

"Property had everything we needed for a beach vacation! Easy access to the beach, beach towels provided. Complimentary bar drinks, lovely morning breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The only suggestion I could make would be a little more flexibility from beach chair rental company. One could only purchase 2 chairs and umbrella for $45 a day. A single chair was listed for $15 a day but could not be purchased individually. Otherwise, great stay! Would recommend and come back!"
