"The house is in a moderately upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's close to a pleasant walking path and a short car ride from shopping (Albertsons, Walmart, Kohls). The home has a comfortable layout with a large kitchen. The heater is noisy for those in the upstairs bedroom otherwise the sleeping arrangements are fine.
