Perfect experience

We were there with colleagues for a Conference held in the same hotel. It was perfect. The spaces are huge and the staff is very kind. Price is really affordable.

La chambre est correcte , propre , bien équipée , seul bémol on entend les bruits de la voie rapide juste en bas . Le personnel à accueil est à écoute . En revanche l’offre restauration du petit déjeuner au dîner n’est pas du tout à la hauteur , c’est même plutôt I passable À noter que peu de membres du personnel parlent anglais du coup il faut se débrouiller en chinois . Il est dommage aussi que le fitness center et la piscine soient en travaux

4泊5日させて頂きました。キングサイズベッド1台の30平米の部屋に泊まりました。 思ってたより部屋は広く開放感あり、広くてゆったりできる椅子、デスクなどありました。7階だったので眺望もよく、道路に近いですがそこまで音は気になりませんでした。 移動手段はタクシーだったので、電車は一切利用しませんでした。最寄り駅からは恐らく歩いて行けるかと思いますが、上海はタクシーも比較的安いので、交通手段はタクシーがオススメです。 部屋の防音もしっかりしてたので隣の部屋の音は全く気になりませんでした。しかし、朝に廊下の掃除の音、他宿泊者の声が玄関から少し聞こえました。早起きしてモーニング行くのがオススメです。 冷蔵庫や全身鏡、クローゼット、テレビ、ルームシューズ、バスローブも部屋にあります。バスローブでいいのであればパジャマをわざわざ持っていく必要はありません。 お風呂はカーテンで仕切れるバスタブ、向かい側にガラスドアで水が撥ねないよう設計された個室シャワールームがありました。 私はシャワールームしか利用してませんが、バスタブ利用の場合お湯が溢れて床がびちゃびちゃになる可能性があると思います。 また、寝室とお風呂の間の壁がガラス張りになっており、丸見えになってしまい少しプライバシーが…と思いましたが、寝室側からちゃんとロールカーテンで仕切ることができたので一安心です。 洗面所はアメリカンセパレートになっており、大きめの洗面台、隣にトイレがありました。トイレも清潔でよかったです。 アメニティは飲料水2本、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープやハンドソープ等がありました。コップは置いてあります。歯ブラシ(歯磨き粉付き)はフロントでチェックインの際に貰えました。アメニティが足りなくなったらフロントに電話すれば気軽に貰えます。シャンプー、リンスは日本で使っている物を持って行ったので髪質に合うかは分かりません。気になるようでしたらホテルのものは使わず持参がいいと思います。 ベッドメイキングも毎日してくれたのでとても気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。また、有料ですがクリーニングサービスもありますので、旅行から帰ったあとも自宅で洗濯する手間が省けました。 窓の遮光カーテンがしっかりした生地で、朝でも気づかないくらい真っ暗でした。 ジムや屋内プールもあるみたいですが、時間が足りなく利用出来なかったので、また今度利用したいと思います。 上海の中心部からもアクセス抜群で遊びにたくさん行ける立地なので、オススメです。 タクシー移動がメインだったのでホテル周辺で歩いて行ける飲食店は利用しませんでした。ホテルの最寄り駅付近に飲食店がたくさん並んでいるイメージでした。 フロントの方も対応も良く、ロビーがとても広くて開放感もあり、部屋も綺麗なので申し分ない素敵なホテルでした！もっとたくさんホテルで時間過ごしたかったです。 とても気持ち良く過ごせました。良き上海旅行でした。またご利用したいと思います。

Perfect location for visiting Fudan University

We picked this hotel because we wanted to be close a Fudan University as we were visiting there. It is a very good location for that, being 10 minutes walk from the accommodation blocks, and 20 minutes from the main campus. The hotel itself is located close to a main highway, so taxis are easy to pick up, and Jiangwan Town Metro station on Line 3 is about 10 minutes walk - from here it's about 30 - 40 minutes to downtown Shanghai (with couple of changes). We had a standard double room - it was well-appointed - very large and comfortable bed, bathroom with bath and separate (and powerful) walk-in shower, filtered water-tap for drinking water, room safe, fridge/mini-bar, wi-fi. Daily housekeeping was very flexible depending on when we wanted to leave room each day, and once when we had issue with toilet not flushing properly, it was fixed very quickly. The decor in the room was getting a bit tired - some of wallpaper was starting to peel a little, but this was cosmetic. Our party had 2 rooms, and one did pick up quite a lot of noise from the highway outside. I used the gym regularly - it was well-equipped - cardio, resistance machines, free weights, all in good working order, and separate work-out area. For swimming pool, you have to wear a cap. Hotel is not city centre location, and is not near famous sites (other than Fudan) but that wasn't what we wanted. We only used restaurant once for breakfast - mix of Chinese cuisine, and Chinese-style Western.

The staffs are rude and very unhelpful. We need to register a local phone to receive a password in order to activate the internet access. But the staff especially the manager was not willing to help and ask me to get a local pre-paid card.

地下鉄の駅まで１キロぐらいです。タクシーが安いので移動には不便は感じない。部屋はダブルベット、ソハー、机、シャワー バスタブ別 トイレに洗面台 アミニティも一通りあります。

Very nice staff, but no Internet to speak of

The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were great...but the internet was a hot mess. I do understand China can have connectivity issues, but I've traveled extensively for business here and never run into anything this bad in a major city. The speed was pretty close to dial-up, and every now and then the connection would go down without warning. I had to wait minutes for websites to load, and then sometimes the connection would drop. On Saturday, I was simply told "the Internet is not working any more." As someone who works online, it was frustrating. Definitely not the best hotel choice if you are a business traveler dependent on wifi. If you don't care about wifi, though, the hotel is very pleasant and the staff are lovely.
