Lobby staff didn’t know how to handle guests and peak time traffic. I was in the line waiting for check in, many people cut in front of me and the reception staff didn’t attempt to stop them. And the next morning 6:30 am at breakfast, there was a huge crowd in the breakfast buffet. Once again staff couldn’t control the crowd, allow them to take excessive amount of food per person (ie, one kid took a whole plate of eggs, yogurt...) resulting no food left on the counter. I was literally searching for 40 mins and couldn’t find one single cook egg. In the end I realized that the food never reached the counter, as soon as staff brought them out from kitchen, people grabbed them on the way.
