"Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery. "

"We came from America and We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and i have to say this is by far the best hotel and hospitality i have experienced in a very long time. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt. Highly recommended."

"Check in and out process was fast. Hotel location is very good as it is in between the places we wanted to visit and very convenient to take taxi as well as close proximity to metro and malls. The rooms are big and comfortable for 2. Service is excellent including delivery of parcels to the room. We will come to The Langham again in our next visit to Shanghai. "

"The guests services is the best, with the concierge men in lobby area. What I didn't like, is the manager on the restaurant on 45 floor he was very arrogant and very root to me and my family!!,He doesn't reserve to be on the restaurant as manager."
