「Everything was excellent 」

「Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience.」

Small room when we'd booked a big room Two singles pushed together and very poor nights sleep in poorly fitted bed owing to the fact its 2 singles pushed together No fridge in room no water in room no glasses in room to at least drink from the taps no waters or mini bar downstairs just a bottle of flat coke 0 and a blue buzzball good tv and decor .. tv has all online amenities big shower with slight poor controls .. standard at almost every hotel in...

「The location is great the bathroom to our room was up some stairs from the bedroom the door opened out towards the stairs covering the handrail so could be a problem for some coming down the stairs from the bathroom. The bedroom was also up flights of stairs The mattress needs to go in the bin now! 「Amazing stay at Enchanted manor, from the moment we walked in the vibes were warm and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious and the red squirrels and badger feeding in the evenings was an amazing experience. Could not recommend this place more. 」

「The room was clean and spacious . We had a room with threes single beds and a little table and chairs. The shower room was nice. There was no reception there was lock boxes to pick up key cards from for the rooms. The price was really reasonable. The beds were very comfortable 」
