“Nice hotel with good breakfast. Quiet and have a good view for our room. Need to improve hot water supply and upgrade wifi for guest rooms.”

“When I first got into the room and opened the shower door, there was a horrible smell - think it was the drains. Luckily it dissipated before I went to bed and never came back - stayed for 2 nights. Location fabulous overlooking the beach and went to sleep with the sound of the waves ( very hot - window wide open ). Breakfast very good with a very lovely view. Staff friendly and helpful without being 'in your face'. Great location with Donkey Sanctuary, Wildheart Animal Sanctuary,……

“Everything was excellent and we very much enjoyed our visit. Beautiful spot but about a 15 minute walk from Ventnor. Buses are very frequent in Ventnor but taxis are not so easy to get hold of so a car is possibly a bonus if your mobility is not great.”
