「Lovely accommodation in a pretty, quiet village. Pub closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so needed to drive or a 20 minute walk to find somewhere to eat. There is a nice village shop across the road. The pub breakfast and dinner were both good on Wednesday. Tbh it was really nice to be somewhere so quiet and peaceful and it seems many restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in IOW. Would recommend, especially if you have a car. Owners helpful and easily reached on Whatsapp. Good walks nearby.」

Monday night was especially good with an open mic night. It was fascinating to listen to all the musicians and lovely to meet such a friendly group of people. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good.
