"We had no view of the beach, our stay was mostly pleasant but the noise at night was distracting. Loud doors slamming and dogs barking due to the loud sudden noises of how heavy the doors close."

Staff very friendly and helpful, only minor issue is that property is not wheelchair accessible, althought they are ramps getting into main entrance involves getting up quite a big step, otherwise very nice hotel "

"Great views from the bedroom towards the sea (apart from the infamous Shanklin lift shaft). Sun rise while lying in bed was fantastic to see. Staff were great and the food was good. Although some areas were a little worn and could do with a bit of TLC, it was very clean and tidy."

"The hotel doesn’t have a dedicated free parking space. However, you have parking in front of the hotel (on the beach road) which is a paid parking."

"We had a 1 night stay at this hotel as a family of 4 adults. It was quite a convenient stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. There were quite a number of shops nearby and it was a short walk to the beach and the promenade along it where we could find a good restaurant for our dinner too. "
