「首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提」

「Poor shower design flooded bathroom On our first breakfast, buffet service disorganized. Yoghurt bowl empty, no fruit, ran out of cups, no marmalade etc The staff run off their feet but taking the flack from residents politely.」

「Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room.」

「Nice location, our room was spacious and comfortable, however, sound proofing was terrible as we could hear TV sound from the next room. Also when they had an event, it was too loud to be able to sleep or do anything until midnight when it finished. Unfortunately it spoiled our trip.」
