“Can't fault this property as a family friendly get away. It had lotse of space for the adults and kids inside the house. The outside grounds are extensive to say the least, loads of space for the kids and dogs to play. The pool is a real bonus even for the crazy ones at the end of October!”

“Just had a wonderful week at The Hawthorns, the house was spotless and homely , nice linen and comfy beds , the kitchen had everything we needed especially for self catering. Lots of board games for the children , smart tv with Netflix etc . Sarah the host was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on where to go etc .The welcome basket was the best we’ve ever had, so thoughtful. The local pub was very welcoming and child friendly. The local store and post office had everything we needed and……

“Lovely well appointed house with generous welcome hamper filled with local foods and drink. Soaps and shampoos etc in the bathrooms and cloakroom. Lots to see and do in the local area and our host was superb, communicating well and greeting us the first evening to show us the ropes. A wonderful stay in all respects.”

“Easy to find, beautifully decorated, very comfy bed and great shower. Lovely views over the Solent and great enclosed garden for the dogs. Short walk to Waitrose and to chain ferry for Cowes. ”
