There is a large porch where coats, wellies, shoes and beach games can be stored.1st FloorAs you climb the stairs you are welcomed into the hall off which leads a fabulous dining room with beautiful views of St Saviours Church, you will then walk into a magnificent south facing kitchen with sea views out to Luccombe, the kitchen offers Nespresso coffee machine and a large Rangemaster in which to cook up some memorable family meals; a family games room with tv, table football and comfortable seating; a large sitting room offering a stunning triple aspect terrace and stunning sea views where you can lounge on the comfortable outdoor sofas.
