"Property was welcoming and great staff. Room was ok but skirting boards need to be deep cleaned in the room we were in. Other than that it was a good hotel although parking was very difficult due to minimum spots for such a large hotel."

"Our bathroom was tired - the toilet was cracked, the shower curtain needed replacing and one bedside light didn’t work. Having said that, we had a nice couple of days. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. Our bed was clean and comfortable and the area was quiet - a real surprise considering we were in the middle of a huge shopping development! Eating was absolutely no problem because of the situation of the hotel - there were many, many restaurants in walking distance. Overall the central location was very pleasant with the Spinnaker Tower a walk away, as were the historic dockyards. The Mary Rose exhibition is stupendous! It was a tad expensive for what we got and PLEASE change the shower gel - it smells revolting! Lots of negatives there but we would go back (with our own shower gel) because for a short stay the location outweighs the relatively minor faults."
