“The staff at the hotel are brilliant! From the ladies on reception, to the Bellman/Porters who took our luggage to and from the rooms. I had a booking for 4 premier double rooms. Sadly, the pictures and information advertised in Expedia is innacurate and misleading, as it shows the image, and states the description of a "suite" for the "premier double room". So on our arrival, i was expecting a suite style room as per the image, but they told me that only 2 rooms (Suites) in the hotel have……

“Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The toilet itself was dripping water the whole night. Do not stay here. There are better hotels out there. Worst place ever and ive been travelling all over Asia, including India. The website is misleading as they do not show any pictures of the bathroom, and the……

“1- I was given a room where dirty clothes of the office staff was kept in the room almirah. 2- Total amount was charged 900/- but as per my booking it must be 805/- 3- I have not received the GST Invoice yet. 4 - No ola or Uber available in that area and we had to go to the main road to catch the local teansport.”
