「住宿品質、溫泉景觀很棒，但下大雪時抵達，並沒有得到合適的停車指引（可能是語言不通）。早餐品項蛋奶素選項不是很多，雖然有在預訂時說明為蛋奶素，但卻沒有幫助，沒有什麼蔬菜、煎蛋或起司等常見選項。建議蛋奶素或素食可不訂餐。有24小時loung提供免費點心、飲料選項多。」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property offered privacy and comfort for us. The space was enough to sleep many people and also offered a laundry facility. There is a wonderful cafe on the property operated by a very friendly woman offering a variety of tea drinks. It was definitely a local hang out. It is very easy to reach the hotel from the airport as there is an airport limousine line connecting to arriving/departing flights in Memanbetsu airport.
