“Pros - only pro is the access to dubai mall and view of Bhurj kalifa.
Cons - everything else.The property is not clean.It was Ok, there was hair and spider webs here and there and some rusty corners.shower doors dont shut all the way.Dont count on the washer/dryer.The biggest con is the communication, the property is listed by someone who doesnt really care, and the one onsite has zero communication skills.This property though one might feel the best view at 43rd floor , please dont fall for……

“Wenn man rein kommt riecht es schrecklich, in den Schränken kann man nicht packen weil sie stinken ohne Ende!Die Küche war dreckig und die Schränke haben auch gestunken!
Ganz schrecklich war es für mein Sohn das es kein Pool gab wie angegeben.
Laut Vermieter wird "grad" im November umgebaut und man hat es wohl geschrieben. Nichts da und andere haben mit erzählt das man den Pool gar nicht nutzen kann!Die Umgebung und nicht schön und der Strand gegenüber ist dreckig ohne Ende. Wir haben dann die……
