"Unfortunately this property has not been upkept for a long time - the pictures are from when the property was likely first built and now the paint in peeling off everywhere, appliances old and failing and general cleanliness not great.
All that said, the staff are very helpful and want to help as much as possible. The villa is in a great location (next to the Monte Carlo hotel) although the noise from the hotel comes straight across, especially at night when they are blaring music all...

"I have to say, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Well situated at sharks bay, overlooking pool and also the sea. Short walk to beach. Apartment very clean, with everything you need for your stay. Waleed was great host and nothing was too much bother. Very very helpful and pleasant. We got on well with him. We will be returning next year, if he will have us, lol. Cannit wait. Joy and Darrell "
