「Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. "Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."
