「Everything went super smoothly. Nancy is an excellent communicator. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the main strip and that walk is through a beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks all around. 10/10 would stay again. 」

「Cottage was very clean, inviting and unique. Easy access to shops and restaurants as well as National Historical Park. The owners initiated most of the communications regarding check in and check out and communicated both emails and texting. Would love to come back and stay again!!」

「 To say that we enjoyed our time at this property does not do it justice. The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area. It beckons you to sit and enjoy nature while slowing down to take a deep breath and...

「This is the perfect family/friends getaway. Well decorated and fully stocked. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to explore the area very much but it looks like there is much to do and see. Loved being in the woods and hearing the birds and trees rustle in the morning. Bedrooms were all great and beds comfortable. Host, Jason, was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend a stay here!」

「Beautiful location right on the Potomac River.」

「Great location. Walking distance to downtown Harpers Ferry. Short drive to all the vineyards. Very clean house with many charming touches. Great restaurant and wine bar 1 block away-Snallygasters Cafe. Highly recommend staying at Casita Azul. 」

「This was a return visit for us and we had another great stay. Being able to relax by the pool is one of our favorite parts. A beautiful property!」

「This house and visit overall was spectacular. Rorke was incredibly responsive, the house was very clean, there were many helpful little notes about the quirks of the house, and the location right on the river could not be more peaceful and ideal. 」

「It was a perfect little getaway for our soccer tournament. I would stay there again thank you very much for letting us stay.」

「We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.」

「I booked this and Racheal warned me she was on the West Virginia side of the river... I hoped I would find a bridge across near her place but I didn't (I'm riding a bike across America). Her communication was impeccable! I only wish I could have stayed! Maybe next time! 」

「This place was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to hike some on the Appalachian Trail which was basically in the back yard. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The communication and check in was great. 」
