"Great place in downtown Pagosa Springs. Well-apportioned kitchen. Four bedrooms were a plus. Three of them are all connected (have to walk through one to get to the other) which may be an issue for some. However, because the unit was in a former Hotel, the third bedroom had its own exit into the Hotel hall, which alleviated that problem for all but one bedroom.There is only one bedroom in the unit, which ordinarily would be a problem for a four-bedroom unit, but again, because it is in a former Hotel, there were Men's and Women's restrooms in the hall immediately adjacent to the unit (and there was practially no one in the Hotel over the weekend we stayed, so we had those bathrooms to ourselves.If you enjoy downtown Pagosa Springs, this is a great place to stay. "

"Our room was in the older building of the property, which was ok but nothing amazing. The pools were fantastic though and we really enjoyed the overall property."

"The stay was great! Although there was continual rain all weekend the property was warm and comfortable and felt plenty big for the two of us. Bed was great sleeping!Would stay again!"
