10/10 Excellent
"Extremely comfortable bed with choice of pillow firmness, soft for me, resulted in a good night's rest.
Waking to a postcard view - serene lake, white swan gliding nearby, line of ducks swimming farther away, a hot air balloon floating in front of the beautiful mountain range - was a wonderful, peaceful start to the day!"
"Amazing stay! My husband and I stumbled upon this place on our cross country trip and we both agreed it was one of our favorites! While it was quite expensive and we stayed in the original part of the hotel, it was still worth the stay. We also received an incentive for a discounted second night, so we ended up being there two nights. The grounds are amazing and there are so many spa pools to choose from. There is a section of the resort that’s also open to people with day passes, but there’s an entire area for hotel guests, and an adult section within. The view of the river is so nice and relaxing and you can spend all day and night there if you want. The pools are open 24/7 to hotel guests and being there late night under the stars was amazing. The temps ranged from mid 90s to around 110, in addition to the cold plunge, so there was a nice variety. There were also free activities you could participate in, as well as the additional spa services. We didn’t have any of the food options at the resort, but rather walked into town instead. The main road in town is under construction, so it might’ve been easier to eat at the hotel but we wanted to explore. Cute area with some restaurants and shopping. We’ve been to several springs resorts and this one was our favorite. We will definitely be back! "
"Our family loved our stay! The place is beautiful and the wall sized window that looks out onto the pond and open space was such a treat. Eating meals and watching the deer and sunsets through this window was amazing. It was a little outside of downtown which as a godsend because the construction of downtown made driving down there a drag. Loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset. The only thing was I wish they had TV’s in the bedrooms. At night it would have been nice to have some space to relax without the kiddos. Otherwise it was a delight. "
"Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "
