「Had a terrific time at Holiday Inn Vanuatu. The staff a very attentive and helpful. They are happy to help with requests and do everything with a smile.
The facilities are great but did notice a loose tap in my room and my colleagues room had an issue with a water leak. However staff address the issue promptly.
The food at the hotel is excellent!」

「It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.」

「这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。」

「I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.」

「For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip.
The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon.
The staff are all incredible and so kind.

「There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point」

「Lelife is set in beautiful gardens next to the sea. I stayed in a tent that was well set out. There was a kitchen that could do with more utensils etc. The shower was hot and clean.
The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly.

「Hi Island Magic Resort is a little bit out of Port Vila which we enjoyed. We also loved the self catering....could get fresh vegies and fish from the markets but also great to have Birdies cafe on site after busy day snorkling etc. The food was delicious especially the specials and the staff were lots of fun.
The villas were lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.
It's also an easy walk to Tanna Coffee which was an added bonus.」
