Room was fine just on the cold side, no carpet felt like a trendy loft room with no warmth. Paid for superior room but you just get extra floor space nothing more than that. Felt like a family room just took the extra bed out. Nothing special. Cleaner also opened our door and came in our room first thing in the morning, despite us placing the do not disturb on the door and door was locked from the inside? No apology nothing. We told the person on reception about the cleaner when we checked out but he could not have been less interested if he tried! Wasnt horrendous but wouldnt go again to be honest.

The location is fantastic, right in front of the Christmas market with a beautiful view of the Town Hall. The room was spacious, bright, and extremely clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff were lovely but it was very understaffed especially at breakfast. The way finding signage is very poor, hard to find your way back to reception from room and as hotel has unusual layout this was an issue. Bumped into a couple of people who also struggled to find way back to reception

The power on 1 side of the room did not work which meant we had no TV and had to move the kettle to the other side of the room to boil it, my partner also couldn't dry her hair in front of the mirror. I did report the issue at 5pm on the Saturday but no one came. Other than this, the bed, shower, breakfast was lovely. Thanks.

I stayed here for my wedding - on the whole, the hotel was great and the room offered everything I needed. My only slight disappointment was with regards to the staff member who I dealt with on check-in who when I said I was here for my wedding the next day, she didn’t smile nor show any form of reaction other than to ask if I wanted to pay to upgrade my room. I wasn’t expecting any special treatment, but a smile and some form of “congratulations” is to me, basic courtesy. Some of my bridal party had a similar experience with the same member of staff (mentioned the wedding when checking in and her saying “yep the wedding. I know”) and one had a few maintenance issues in their room (three of us had requested rooms together to help with getting ready on the morning) and when reporting them to the same member of staff was dealt with in the same blunt and unhelpful tone. For the same maintenance issue, despite being told no maintenance colleagues were on site overnight, someone still tried to enter her room at 3am. Aside from this, I enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend the hotel to others.

Fabulous location for Sheffield Christmas market, shops and theatres. Exquisite building and decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was so spacious, modern and had everything we might need - including fridge, kettle, ironing board, an huge bed and a wonderful shower. The breakfast was the best I’ve had for choice in a hotel (as a vegan) Would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely look to return.

Clean new hotel. Directions and signage once inside not easy . Let down by saying the room was available but then asking for an extra £25 for a 1 hour early check in (followed up 25 mins later by an invitation to check in after sitting cluttering the lobby in a needless face off ) It’s the hospitality trade the clue is in the name . Not the cheapest hotel in Sheffield by any stretch so needless profiteering on a room that’s ready . Compare that to the night before at Montcalm Piccadilly . Arrived at 12 expecting to leave my case for a later check in only to be told “no problem at all but your room is ready so we can show it to you now”. Guess which hotel and chain I will return to. BTW Radissons site says early check in may be available and there may be a charge but it’s discretionary . Is it worth losing a regular traveller for what turned out to be 25 mins of early check in . No room service apart from breakfast either

Absolutely terrible, room was very cold when we got there turned the heating on and it took four hours for the room to warm up air vent system in the bathroom don’t work. Moisture was everywhere bar staff charged my Mrs. £16.30 for one double vodka with lemonade hotel night Manager completely rude and racist no people skills whatsoever we have the video to prove it😡

Another fabulous stay at Radisson Blu Sheffield. The staff are so accommodating and friendly, a special mention to Alicia, who always gives us a warm welcome and goes above and beyond to make every stay enjoyable. Check in is always smooth, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the bed is just wonderful! We stay here regularly and would never stay anywhere else when visiting Sheffield. Thank-you Radisson Blu Sheffield for being consistently excellent!

Lovely room over looking the city garden although it was not cheap. The buffet breakfast was disappointing though all the food was only luke warm. The bar area is lovely and the drinks we found reasonably priced.
