This AMAZING TRIPLEX apartment is beautifully designed in a mid-century style, and boasts a generous amount of space which you will find to be very bright and airy with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Please read the description below so you know what to expect:

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Super King Bed / 2 Single Beds *
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Super King Bed / 2 Single Beds *
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Double Bed
Lounge - 1 x Double Sofa Bed **

* These beds are set up as super king as standard. Let us know in advance if you wish for them to be split into singles.
** If you wish to use the sofa bed please let us know in advance so we can ensure linens are provided.

Parking
FREE gated parking for 1 vehicle in the underground car park. Height restriction is 2.2m. Additional vehicles can use the Cavendish Street public car park which is next to the building for as little as £6 upto 24hrs.

Accessibility
Glossop Road Baths is an old building without an elevator, so you must be comfortable climbing steps with your luggage. Also note, the paddle staircase leading up to the mezzanine floor bedroom is very steep. If you're unsure please contact us.

Key Details to Note
To protect our properties, we require the primary guest to pre-authorise a £200 security deposit 24hrs before check-in. No funds are transferred out of your account, just held from the available balance.
Late check-outs must be agreed in advance and are charged at £15/hr. Replacement keys and fobs are charged at £10 and £50 each respectively.

The Ground Floor

A spacious entrance hallway, with shoe bench, mirror and console table.

An open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery. This space is made for coming together as a family for meals or gathering with friends for pre-drinks.

Archetypal of Victorian architecture, the dining and living areas are separated by a large wooden staircase, under a quirky window and an incredibly tall vaulted ceiling with sky lights.

The upper lounge features a stylish black leather sofa suite, ideal for lounging and reading. Alongside a dedicated workspace with a monitor for your convenience.

The lower lounge features three large windows overlooking Glossop Road. A curved mid-century sideboard supports a large 55" LG curved smart TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime apps. The L-shaped sofa folds out into a double bed and two glass coffee tables.

A large 3 piece shower room equipped with complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

An ample utility room with washing machine, large clothes horse, iron + board, hair dryer, vacuum and fire extinguisher. Plus a guest shelf with a spare toothbrush, toiletries, toilet + kitchen roll, washing machine tablets and first aid kit.

Bedroom 1 features two stylish brass bedside sconces above a comfortable double bed and an ample 3 piece ensuite shower room. Stylish oak side tables, clothes rail and full length mirror.

The First Floor

Bedroom 2 features a deluxe super king-size bed and two very stylish bedside sconces above oak side tables. This room has a compact 3 piece ensuite shower room. Matching furniture pieces: double wardrobe, chest of drawers and vanity table. A decked balcony overlooking Glossop Road with a 3 piece bistro set. The exposed original steel girder adds character and charm to the space.

Bedroom 3 features a deluxe super king-size bed and two very stylish bedside sconces above oak side tables. This room has a roomy 3 piece ensuite bathroom. Matching furniture pieces: large triple wardrobe, vanity table and standing mirror. A private decked balcony with a 3 piece bistro set. The exposed original steel girder adds character and charm to the space.

The Second Floor - Mezzanine

Bedroom 4 features a comfortable double bed, with a matching side table, desk lamp and clothes rail. The exposed original steel girder adds character and charm to the space. There is a sizable private rooftop decking with hot pink outdoor dining set perfect for entertaining on a sunny day.

Baby Essentials
We can provide a travel cot with mattress, a plastic high chair, a baby bath and safety gates upon request. These amenities cost an additional £40, subject to availability.

Guest Access
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.
You will have to walk past other residents properties and through a communal courtyard so we strongly advise being respectful to other residents at all times.

Interaction with Guests
Our professional hosting team will be on standby from 7 am until 7 pm, 7 days a week to assist with any issues. You can always expect a quick response via the Airbnb app, WhatsApp or telephone.

You will be staying in the old Glossop Road Baths, overlooking the bustling bars and restaurants of West Street.

Property was in a great location and was a real hidden gem. Inside it was clean and tidy, and plenty of space. Decorating tastefully, and had all the things that someone would need in a short stay apartment.
