“Clean, super nice & communicative staff, great food, cool vibe. It’s quirky and comfortable. I would say far more geared to adults because it’s small w only a few rooms - I don’t recall seeing kids there, but it’s in a great location in E Nashville, college age & up.”

“This property was amazing… It was quaint, Clean to a fault and I truly felt like I was almost in a private home! Super super quiet and in a great location, not to mention free parking! Very close to Broadway. Definitely will be staying there again!!!”

“The room was clean, it was nice to have extra open space with the apartment feel, lots of counter space, and convenient that the shower and toilet were split up in separate enclosed doors. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough for anything frozen. The community microwave we used a couple times when we were on our way out. The locks were confusing that they flash red and we didn’t always hear it unlock… knowing it does that in advance would be helpful. Loved supporting a good……

“Great location, good parking, and fantastic room. Fun bar downstairs with regular Events/community ”

“The floors were somewhat dirty. The bathroom shower had debris in it when I arrived. There was no inside shower curtains, so water got all over the floor. The parking was nice. The staff was friendly the laundry area and the ice machine was somewhat hot, which made the ice not as cold as it could’ve been.”

“Great location! Penthouse had amazing sunrises over the river. Real close to broadway, but far enough away not to be bothered by the late night bar crowd. Only down side was the sound efficiency of the windows and doors. You can easily hear people in the hallway and every siren from first responder vehicles throughout the night. Would stay here again!!”

“We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though.”
