“Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment. ”

“From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again……

“Clean, clean, clean! The breakfast was excellent! It had everything you would want! Games and books and aeas to sit, visit and play! Loved the cobbler, cookies, icecream , hot chocolate, juice and coffee that is available from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Staff was soo friendly! This will be my go to hotel frim now on when I visit Branson!!!”
