"Everything seemed great. Then the property owner kept pushing me to create a review. As soon as I completed the review she put in for an insurance claim. She told us about a red latch on the hot tub. We went out of our way to make sure we understood how this latched worked. She accused us of breaking it which we did not do. She claimed she just happened to have the part in stock and already replaced it. "

"LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. A lovely home all in walking of distance to what Bolton Landing has to offer, restaurants, beach, grocery store, hardware store and the marine where we keep our boat. The home has well appointed furnishings. Beds were comfy. Plenty room for 4 adults and two babies. We will def be back."
