I liked the room. It’s hard to find something I didn’t like, if I had to say something the shower door was slightly off track. Overall very impressive property. I had never heard of the EVEN hotel brand before but I’d recommend it to visiting guests now after the stay.

When we arriver around 6pm to check, I couldn't find any staff at the front desk for a good 8 min. I finally went walking around and found a housekeep and she called some to come the front desk. The was not dirty, but it had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom has a sewer smell to it. It did rain a lot during our stay so that could have been the cause.

Great hotel, very clean, comfortable, I like the workout equipment in the rooms, pool looked very nice but too cold to swim..Love the shower!! Definitely recommend!

First, we were not supposed to stay here, we were send to this hotel at 11:30PM the night we arrived! In the 3 days we stay there the maid came one's and she didn't clean anything, she just give us clean towels!

I had stayed in this hotel many times, mostly on fridays . Yesterday (Saturday night) it was a normal night for me… but this morning (Sunday) they have like a church group right by my room… their music was so loud.. I couldn’t sleep at all! The front desk should’ve known is going to be that loud in the morning and let me know … I’m so disappointed!

Solid But The New Management Has Brought Issues
I have stayed at the EVEN hotel close to 100 nights this year while building a business in the area. About a month or two ago the hotel has steadily gone downhill. Small things like removing the hand soap from the bathrooms, then on several occasions where the shower products were fallen off of their mountings in the shower and just placed on the floor, products empty or not working. Twice I was put into a room that smelled like sewage gas, and on another few occasions I was put into rooms that had missing chairs, broken walls or other defects. I really wish this wasn't the case because I really like this place. The beds are comfortable, it's in an area where you're close to a lot of restaurants etc. The rooms are quiet and the staff is always friendly. But as their prices steadily increase I cannot justify the sharp decline especially when 20 dollars more dollars buys the same room type at the Hyatt in Conroe that is a completely different and far more luxurious stay.

The bed was great. The staff were super friendly especial Frank in the kitchen. The only complaint i had was the toilet is too low and ours was loose. I would stay again.

BEWARE!!! I stayed at this IHG Even Hotel in Shenandoah/The Woodlands in North Houston for three nights Nov. 3rd - 6th and had 3 different rooms. My first night there, when I was about to leave my room, the door would not lock. The associate at the front desk offered me another room, so I had to pack my belongings and move. Then on my last night, I saw a huge roach crawl under my door and into the closet and, again, staff offered another room, so I had to pack up my stuff, AGAIN, and move to my THIRD room during this 3 night stay. It was a huge inconvenience and I would not stay at one of their properties again. I hope for the sake of their guests that they're staying current on their fumigation schedule. Very disappointed in IHG properties. If given the option, I'd rate this hotel zero stars.
