It was cozy and spacious room. It was one night stay, but it was very convenient to be allowed to bring a cart with luggages to hotel room, then bring them directly to the airport next day.

Excellent Helpful and Patience Front Desk Staff. They took the time to help me mail a package to Hong Kong. Warren was one of the employees who was very kind and professional in assisting me. I never got the other employee’s name, but she was also very gracious and accommodating with assisting me.

Perfect Location for Shenzhen Airport
The Hyatt House at Shenzhen Airport is perfectly positioned with in the airport complex and is completely undercover when transiting from the arrivals area. The room is well appointed and the bathroom was superb. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have found the same level of service everytime I have stayed here. The breakfast has a great variety and the freshness and quality of food was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

I was glad to be able to get one room for my daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters (which was really 2 rooms). The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have been able to get 4 complimentary breakfasts. As it was, 2 of us went one morning, and the other 2 went the next morning.

Very solid choice for late night arrival biz trip
Attached to terminal via exit 14, a 5 min walk from most gates so super convenient. Had black-out blinds in the room which was useful for jet-lag and a nice touch. Good speedy check in and fresh and clean room with apartment layout. Breakfast was slightly disappointing in terms of western selection food quality but overall fine.

Second stay and second time I had issues with my reservation. First time I was charged for two rooms and the same happened this time. Mistakes can happen, I understand that as a frequent traveler. What matters is how staff handles these incidents. Unfortunately the staff at Hyatt House is not very professional and completely fails to even try to solve these problems. On the positive side, the hotel is in great condition, offers great amenities and couldn’t be any more convenient to reach. I hope my next visit will be better.

Disappointing, like a cheap 2-3 star hotel, security was rude and impolite when checking room pass, breakfast was so so and hotel servicing staff attitude was not keen. Misguided by the good comments and rating. Will not book this hotel again.

Dont waste my time!
More than a 35 minite wait to check in. Every previous stay there was a long wait, but more like 10-15 mins. I only book this hotel to save time and avoid the shuttle to a local hotel. On this occasion it would bave been quicker and cheaper to stay at another nearby hotel.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay before our early flight the next morning. It's only a few minutes walk to the airport. Front desk staff Daniel & Sharon were super friendly and helpful! The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Excellent airport hotel
Did not check in until nearly 3 am due to a flight delay - the desk staff immediately suggested a late check out. This modern and guest-oriented hotel is a short indoor walk from the airport terminal. A very welcome experience after a long flight! I don't expect much from most airport hotels but this place is a gem. Adequate fitness room facilities ... and the breakfast (included) was excellent. Keep up the good work!

Awesome New Hotel
For the price to stay at the airport, this hotel cannot be beat. Free breakfast (great spread), the staff speaks excellent English, great gym and pool. If you are coming in on a late flight, this is the place to stay. Plus the metro is there so it's easy to get into the city.

Hotel located right at the airport. The driveway for pick up and delivery of people and taxi is a bit difficult. One negative thing the restaurant is so so food is so so and to get a drink is very difficult.

Right next to Shenzhen Airport
Perfect Location to the Shenzhen Baoan International Airport with undercover access directly to the airport. The room was quite large and was spotless, it had a fridge, kitchenette and lounge area. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had individual air conditioning controls. The included buffet breakfast was very good and had a reasonable selection of western and chinese food.The free wifi was very good as it had really good coverage and had exceptional speed.

Easy place to stay
Huge rooms in hyatt house for the same price as hyatt place. Convenient to the metro in the airport terminal and a bunch of food options (most of them not great). Also pretty good breakfast at the hotel.
