Easy access to the subway, lots of food choices and shopping. It is located in a very popular business district and is very crowded with locals. Hotel room was very good, spacious. I requested and got a room that was quiet, no traffic noises. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. A good choice for the price.

I always stay at Hyatt Place Dongmen when I visit Shenzhen. This time, the staff greeted me with my last name when I arrived. What a nice surprise.

It’s not new hotel, the room were just “repainted” in grey. Furniture are really old and used. No USB in the room. Was quite clean, breakfast is good and service is fine. Can find way better for the prices in dongmen

Excellent, central location and comfort
More than the basic stat - the room was comfortable with excellent AC and good amenities. The bed was soft and plush and the furniture was in good condition. The toiletries were high end and the location is convenient to public transport, shopping and food. Don’t expect too much from the buffet breakfast.

Worth the money
Rooms and public areas are well maintained, clean and tidy. Location is just great. Right next to Dongmen shopping street and right above Laojie subway station. Areas that might need improvement are the futon and the mattress. The futon was a bit too heavy and the mattress not soft enough.

The front desk staff are very friendly and the room is very clean and big. The location is good and very close to the station. Only one thing is you have to carry your luggages by yourself to upstairs.

Overall check-in process was fine and satisfactory...my issue was the internet. The Wifi keep disconnecting for me and i had to keep signing back in. Breakfast got limited and of sort same/dated options. No changes made on the options from my previous visits which was months back

Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore the dongmen food street for a day. Located just above the laojie subway exit D. Hotel room was clean simple and spacious absolutely liked the aesthetics of the suite room. Breakfast was a decent spread thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
