The stay was good. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly but unable to communicate in basic English. The booking clearly stated that breakfast and WiFi were included but on arrival we were informed that WiFi was available but no breakfast was available. This proved to be most inconvenient and costly as there are no alternatives in the area. hotels.com were unapologetic, unaccommodating and dismissive in their reply to our query on the matter. Hotels.com also does not provide a reply channel for us to challenge their dismissal of our breakfast issue.
