“Great place!”

“Always a struggle finding staff for assistance, including a front desk. Seemed like there was always only one person working. For example, there really never was a full continental breakfast. Most of the time there was only a couple items on the counter and when you would ask the one staff person to refill something (like waffle mix), they wouldn't bother with anything else so guests were constantly asking for one thing at a time to be restocked and waiting each time. There was never even any……

“The room was dirty along with the bedding and towels. There were burn marks on the comforter and holes in the sheets and towels. One of the pillow cases had what looked like dried blood on it. You had to get your key card reset everyday to get back into your room.”

“Location was good. The room was clean and adequate. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. The wall AC unit did make some noise but that to be expected.”

“Early in the morning the housekeeping staff was talking on their cell phone loudly in the hallway. Enough to wake myself and my daughter up several hours before checkout time. Was quite the jolt to be woken up like that.”

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”
